๐ค Export to Excel
Real .xlsx files with proper columns and dates โ open directly in Excel, or import/link them in Access.
๐ฅ Import from Excel / CSV
Bring in customers, deals or tasks from an Excel sheet (.xlsx) or CSV โ exported from Excel, Access, or anywhere else. Column names are matched automatically; duplicates are skipped.
Not sure about the format? Download a template: customers ยท deals ยท tasks
๐ Live connection (Excel refreshes by itself)
Create a private integration key, then connect Excel once โ after that, clicking Refresh in Excel pulls the latest CRM data automatically. No manual exporting.
๐ How to connect Excel (Power Query)
- In Excel: Data โ Get Data โ From Other Sources โ From Web
- Paste one of the feed links above and click OK
- Excel shows your CRM data โ click Load
- From now on, Data โ Refresh All pulls the newest data
๐ How to connect Microsoft Access
- Simplest: download the .xlsx export above, then in Access use External Data โ New Data Source โ From File โ Excel and choose Import or Link
- Auto-refreshing: connect Excel to the live feed (see above), then in Access link to that saved Excel file. To update Access: open the workbook, click Data โ Refresh All, save the workbook, and the linked Access table reads the new data (Access reads the file, so the refreshed data must be saved to disk first)
- All exports use proper column types (text, numbers, real dates) so Access recognizes them correctly
